Analyze and compare two databases, providing comprehensive reports on their structural and/or data differences. Reconcile differences between the two databases by transferring changes from the left to the right or vice versa. This synchronization process can be executed selectively, focusing on specific fields and data. For schema differences, the tool generates a SQL script containing the necessary statements to update the database.
DBExplorer is a powerful database utility that allows you to compare any two databases and report the structural and/or data differences between them.
It then enables you to synchronize the differences from the left to the right and the right to the left. This can be done with selected fields and data.
When synchronising schema differences DBExplorer generates a SQL script with the statements necessary to bring the database up to date. You can choose to apply this directly or save the script to a file for future use.
In the case of data differences DBExplorer can either transfer (insert/update) the changes directly or generate a SQL script with the necessary DML statements to synchronise the data. You can then either execute the script directly or save it to a file for future use.
